Eat Cake for Breakfast!

As soon as I laid eyes on the Kate Spade bag "Eat Cake for Breakfast" I fell in love! It's so cute! It even has a yorkie on top, which is a plus!! But at $248, it's way over budget!! I'm looking for a cute tote bag so I can attempt to make a DIY version. I'm waiting on the stores to come out with their summer totes & beach bags. Until then, I'll dream about this one!
